A deposit is usually required for new memorial orders. If the interest free finance option is chosen, then a minimum deposit of 10% is required. Please contact us for further details.
Yes, of course. We understand not everyone can be nearby to visit the graves of their loved ones and to oversee any works done however we, at Limavady Memorials, will work closely with you by phone and email to ensure everything goes smoothly and we will keep you regularly updated on the progress of work.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE
Limavady Memorials products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee.
Conditions:
1. All natural materials vary from time to time in colour and texture therefore this Guarantee relates only to the type and soundness of the material and not to any colour variance.
2. This Guarantee shall not apply to any painting or gilding on the memorial, any engravings or ornamentation or to any flush or raised lead lettering as this will depend on the position of the memorial and the level of maintenance applied.
3. This Guarantee shall not apply to any damage caused by any third party and shall become invalid if the memorial is removed, disturbed or otherwise worked upon by anyone other than ourselves.
4. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, movement due to a further burial in or around the the grave in question or ground settlement, nature or the natural change of colors and materials over time. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged pro rata.’
The above Guarantee is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any statutory or common law rights vested in the purchaser.

Limavady Memorials supply and install Headstones throughout Ireland, both North and South. You will regularly see our vehicles and Employees in the following cemeteries Derry City, Ballyoan, Coleraine, Maghera, Ballymena, Roselawn, Belfast, Blaris Lisburn and all over Northern Ireland.
We understand that our customers want their memorials to be perfect and fitting for their loved one. Therefore we never rush our customers into making a rash decision regarding their chosen headstone. If we have your stone in stock, we will aim to have it erected in approximately 10-14 working days.
Yes we can. Our prices are the most competitive in Northern Ireland and we believe that we offer a great quality product matched with an excellent price. However if we are slightly more expensive and being in the enviable position where we import our goods directly from all over the world, we can offer a price matching service to everyone. Absolutely. We take pride in the fact that our designer is amongst the best in the business. We specialise in producing bespoke designs for a lot of our customers. The lead times will vary dependant on our order schedule. If you have a sketched idea or a picture our designer can have it made for you in any finish or granite.
