Choosing a headstone is not something you do very often, so it is important that you know what to look for. As part of our personal service, we provide a free sketch print-out of your chosen memorial so that you can see how the finished stone will look with your inscription and font.
We Take Care of Everything
Once you have chosen the stone and wording, we will take care of everything else for you, including any local Council or graveyard permits. You can also choose your stone from the comfort of your own home by viewing our wide selection shown on our website or you can call and see us at our showroom. We will work closely with you every step of the way to create a memorial that is specially tailored to reflect and truly commemorate the life of your loved one.
Not Just Fitted But Engineered
We are one of the only companies in Northern Ireland to fit all our headstones following closely the BS8415 standard as set out by BRAMM (British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons)
Fully Insured
We are fully insured to cover public liability, employee liability and product liability with a large UK Insurance company, should any unforeseen incident occur. Remember if your stone should accidentally fall on someone it may be the responsibility of the person buying the headstone, to ensure they check for valid insurance. We can provide proof of this upon request in person.
Lifetime Guarantee
Limavady Memorials products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee.
Conditions:
1. All natural materials vary from time to time in colour and texture therefore this Guarantee relates only to the type and soundness of the material and not to any colour variance.
2. This Guarantee shall not apply to any painting or gilding on the memorial, any engravings or ornamentation or to any flush or raised lead lettering as this will depend on the position of the memorial and the level of maintenance applied.
3. This Guarantee shall not apply to any damage caused by any third party and shall become invalid if the memorial is removed, disturbed or otherwise worked upon by anyone other than ourselves.
4. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, movement due to a further burial in or around the the grave in question or ground settlement, nature or the natural change of colors and materials over time. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged pro rata.’
The above Guarantee is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any statutory or common law rights vested in the purchaser.
